Shoulders - and a great day of eating
Wow, so today I woke with new enthusiasm and started off the day with my eggy oats with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nom nom.
Today I trained shoulders and will be capping that off with some cardio early this evening :)
The food is all ready and I have downed the first lot of beans, rice and fish. Chicken for the rest of the day with more beans.
Today I feel focused and my food the best its ever been :)
Tomorrow is another day and I'm going to approach it head first and stay focused.
It's 20 weeks and it's time to shed those excess kilos :) I am so excited to wear the Bikini Jo is creating for me as well :)
Must practice practice posing as well. Soo much to do. I have even begun prepping a comp kit hahaha. I like to be organised and ready (ah the control freak in me) lol

Boooo!!!!!
Hey everyone,
Ok so I am pretty flat out of late, but have to start blogging again.
Lately just been trying to get food on track and its happening now. 20 Weeks to go and must have my shit together to bring a great package to the stage.
Cardio has been added in again, gota lean up, lol. Can't wait. So I have attached a new pic, this was taken after I had woken up. Must get a pic after training one of these days.
Once again, this pic is embarrassing, but I figure hell I will be on stage in virtually a few pieces of string in a few months so what the heck :)
I stil have the imbalance in the shoulders which I am working on, for comp wil have to raise one shoulder up a bit.

DOMS and getting on track
Well as I said it has been a few turbulent weeks and my food has been down right shit house. Last few days I am getting there, today is better than the last. Started off the morning well with egg whites, some carbs and some more protein. By far the best morning for food I have had in a long time.
I had training on Legs on Friday and I am still sore today, lol. Off for another beating soon :)
I am so excited to be flying down to Brisbane in under 2 weeks to watch and help out Tara at the IFBB Caloundra. Sooo excited.
Other than that, have to get back to being hungry for this dream of mine.

I'm BACK!!!!
Well after a turbulent month, I am back in blog land. Oh where do I start.....
Well I am no longer in the Army, I am working full time at the gym which I loveeeee so much, I moved into a bachelorette pad - yes my own pad with a pool and I am now single.
That's the short of it really. Anyway in a few days I will have new pics for you ladies :)
Thanks to Tara for sticking by me the last month, days of silence she had to endure, poor thing :(
Oh and I have the NET (just got one of those pre paid thingys from Telstra) , I feel back in touch now , ahhhh.

Hi guys,
So today I had Vania Smith (a Figure Competitor) train me on Back and some biceps at the end of the session. She absolutely wrecked me, but I am happy that she did. There is nothing better than having someone else push you to ur limits.
Did soooo many exercises today, and worked my traps very hard as well :)
I could barely feel my forearms as I left the gym and the veins in my hands were bulging ha ha what the???
Well driving home was quite difficult, I was watching my hands on the steering wheel and they were shaking (I think a definite sign of a good workout.
Well I must cook lots of chicken today to be ready for this week, need some more consistency in that department.
Other than that stay tuned for more pics in the next few weeks - I'm getting brave ladies.
Also a big shout out to Tara - I can't thank you enough for having you help me with my prep and this journey which has been amazing so far.
You are always THERE for me and I can't say how much I appreciate YOU (HUGS)
